Monocrystalline cells are dark blue color, they are made of a monolithic silicon crystal that is previously grown under strict control.

They are much more efficient than polycrystalline modules. We offer TOPIN modules in several basic cell dimensions:

• 210mm x 210mm

Monocrystalline cells are single-color (dark color), we are made of a monolithic silicon crystal that is grown under control. The octagon shaping is cut out so that you have to record the system.

 

They are one of the more efficient than the main polycrystalline ones. We currently offer modules in two packaging dimensions:
• B measuring 158.75mm x 158.75mm
• Dimensions 166mm X 166mm

 TOPIN Mono BIFACIAL N TOPCone

TopCon stands for Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contacts. It is the newest coming technology for the production of photovoltaic cells based on the use of a selective passive layer containing ultra-thin tunnels in a silicon layer. This solution reduces resistance during energy transport and allows for an increase in efficiency by approx. 0.5%

 

Basic advantages of N TopCon modules:
warranty for a decrease in power to 87.4% after 30 years of operation
N-type cells are resistant to the LID (Light Induced Degradation) effect, i.e. degradation caused by exposure to sunlight.
elimination of the risk of a boron-oxygen defect, responsible for the decrease in efficiency, which is obtained thanks to the use of a completely different technology of enriching silicon with phosphorus instead of the standardly used boron.
